If your Samsung dishwasher finishes the cycle but dishes still look dirty, it gets frustrating fast.
I handle this issue a lot in Houston homes. Many times its a small maintenance fix.
Do these steps one by one.
1. Clean the Spray Arms

Spray arms have tiny holes. Food bits and hard-water scale blocks them, so water pressure gets weak.
Take spray arms out carefully. Check holes under a bright light. You can use a toothpick or pin to clear blocked holes. Rinse well and install again.
Spin them by hand before closing door. They should move free and not touch dishes.
2. Check the Detergent

Old pods can clean very bad, specially if they stayed in humid cabinet.
Use fresh dishwasher detergent only. Never use dish soap. You can add rinse aid, no problem in that. Many people skip it, but it really helps cleaning and drying.
One client I visited in Katy had this same issue. Machine was okay, but pods were old and rinse aid was empty. Next load came out clean after that.
3. Load Dishes the Right Way

If dishes are packed too tight, water cant reach all areas.
Keep small gap between plates and bowls. Face dirty side to center.
Quick check: spin spray arm once before start. If it hits anything, rearrange items.
4. Make Sure Water Is Hot

Samsung dishwashers clean better with hot water, especially greasy dishes. Before starting, run the kitchen tap until water gets hot.
A good water-heater setting is around 120°F (49°C).
5. Remove Hard Water Buildup
Hard water minerals build up inside dishwasher over time.
This can reduce spray power and leave white film on glasses. Run an empty hot cycle with dishwasher cleaner once a month.
You can also run empty cycle with white vinegar in a bowl on lower rack.
I had one Sugar Land customer with cloudy dishes for months. Two cleaning cycles plus spray-arm cleanup solved most of it.
6. Check the Door Seal

Door gasket helps keep proper pressure inside. So, check full edge for cracks, gaps, or grease dirt.
If seal is worn, replacement is usually low cost and simple job.
If these steps still do not fix your Samsung dishwasher, then next checks are inlet valve, circulation pump, or control board.
If you want, we can diagnose it and tell exact fault first, then you decide repair.
